This feature calculates the sentiment score per ticket (for each ticket). It shows your average sentiment score
- per customer issue
- per help desk channel
- per customer segment
Knowing your average sentiment score per issue allows you to identify the issues that cause the most unhappiness among your customers and prioritize your support efforts to solve them.
