Introducing our Report Builder feature!

This feature allows you to build, schedule and share custom reports (via email) about your customer issues, from the Idiomatic dashboard.

Here’s a quick summary:

You can now create and schedule email reports by customizing:

Insight type:

  • Top (highest in volume)
  • Emerging (spikes in volume)
  • Specific (specific customer issues)


  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • One-time


  • Volume
  • Sentiment

Customer segments:

  • Ex: Android users
  • Ex: 5-star reviews.
