I started an online food delivery business in 2010 where I worked frontline support by day and was our software engineer by night. Those years taught me an enduring respect for customer service professionals and sparked an obsession with unlocking the valuable customer insights buried inside support conversations. That obsession turned into Idiomatic, and over the past 9 years, we helped customer-centric brands like Hubspot, Instacart, Slack, and Pinterest put their customers first and win their markets.
Today, we are excited to share that the Idiomatic team is continuing our mission as part of Front, the AI-powered customer service platform built for collaboration.
