The Team and Business plans include a set number of implementation hours by Idiomatic’s Solutions Engineering and Data Science teams. Implementation hours are most commonly used for:

• Customization of the AI-generated issue hierarchy

A data source is one taxonomy containing one type of customer feedback. E.g. customer support data source, NPS survey data source, social media data source.

Idiomatic aggregates all support channels into 1 data source so each channel does NOT count separately.

If the products have very similar issues (eCommerce), they can be a single data source. If each product has a distinct set of issues (Disney+ vs. Disney theme parks), then they would be different data sources.

Idiomatic can analyze feedback in over 50 languages. In the Teams and Business plans, Idiomatic can also translate all messages into English.

By default, all issues and summaries will be in English. It is possible to change the language of the analysis at additional cost. At the moment, the software is only available in English.
